Study On Process Management Of Juvenile Social Work In Nannin

With the continuous development of social work in our country,the government has increasingly purchased social services in the.form of projects from social organizations,which makes the project operation of social work become a trend.In recent years,social work of youth affairs in Nanning has been developed rapidly under the promotion of Chinese Communist.Youth League,Nanning Committee and other relevant departments,and at the same time social-work projects of youth affairs have also emerged.Thus,facing the growing number of projects,it is needed for effective management during the project process to ensure the effective operation and achieve its desired objectives and effects.At present,the researches on project management of social work for youth are still relatively rare and the project management is a complex process,involving initiation,planning,implementation,evaluation and other aspects,therefore,a systematic study of project management can provide some reference for the scientific management of the project to improve its service quality.Based on documents and case analysis,this paper will focus on Drug Education Project for Teenagers in LiangQing District of Nanning City,and study the whole process of the project through theory and practical cases,including its initiation,planning,implementation,monitoring and ending,and analyze the existing problems in each process.Further,it will propose the effective countermeasures from the aspects of demand analysis,risk management,resource allocation,system management,assessment and promotion,which would optimize the management means and provide more references for the project management of juvenile social work in Nanning.
