Primary School period is not only the most important stage of life to lay the foundation,but also to develop good study habits and lifestyle.For elementary school students,primary school is a critical period to build the character.As their thought and mind are insufficient to be mature,family is the main factor which influences students' study and life.Nowadays,there are so many problem students which may have difficulties on study or bad habits.The domestic misfortune or other domestic factors are the most reason to result in this phenomenon.The disharmony in the family life or parent's factor will create the increase the quantity of problem students.Based on the author's practice experience,I pick up the students in one primary school as the object of study.Through questionnaire or interview methods,analyze the family structure,family economic conditions,family relationships,home education method to comprehend the reason to create problem students.These findings suggest that:1.The prevalence rate in males is higher than in females for problem students.2.The course of problem student is closely related to incomplete family structure,disharmony family relations and unscientific education methods.Except for the formation of factors,the study also researches the formation strategy for the problem students from the empirical perspective.Here are solutions:Firstly,the parents should change the ideology and learn the family education technique.The parents need to know the importance of home education and take positive family education technique to change the problem students.Secondly,take measures to change sense of education to parents and let them to use proper family economic method.Just meet basic needs,do not overfeed.Thirdly,take various measures to meet the emotional needs of students and focus the effect of family structure.Meet the emotional needs and plan activities make the students in the hugs of the collectivity.Fourth,build a good communication platform and set reasonable expectations-build a harmonious family relationship.To respect to the personality and self-esteem of the student and fulfill the child's self-realization needs which are the two aspects to transform the students.Finally,carry out home-school cooperation and use scientific education method-optimize family education way.It includes demonstration effect from parents,home-school cooperation,maintain consistency for education method,teach students the reasonable communication method,provide a sense of accomplishment to the problem students and other aspects.The results show that the conversion strategy based on the family factors to lead to the problem students can effectively change them.
