our country has gradually promoted and carried out it in various cities,villages and mountainous areas of the whole nation from above since the Law of Nine-year Compulsory Education was published in July 1 of 1986,besides,with the times going,our country has constantly optimized the reform and put forward some aided measures thus to prompt the appearance of good situation for children of school age in cities as well as in villages and mountainous areas,however,the dropout rate has silently rises under the shout of applause from the public,which is still unknown by the public,for example,my school which belongs to the local middle school in rural area has exceeded the national stipulation scope in the dropout rate,which is certain to ring the alarm bell for the public,therefore,the control on school dropout must be solved in order to carry out the nine-year compulsory education,which is needed to know the insufficiencies in mentality of the middle school students to cause their school dropout and is the research emphasis.The paper,based on Maslow's Hierarchical Theory of Needs,conducts research on the dropouts in the local school of Guanying Area.Aiming at the local conditions,I draft the interview outline,select the parents,head teacher,school principal and the course teachers ever taught them as the interview objects thus to conduct interviews by the means of interview method based on the interview outline,in addition,my teaching objects are the middle school students,while there are only two middle school students in this area,wherein,one middle school possess a few middle school students without serious dropout phenomenon,therefore,I finally select the dropouts in one middle school as the research object while I connect with only 7 students,so I visit 7 families,7 head teachers,7 course tachers and one school principal,based on the interview records with them,I conduct summary and find out the insufficiencies in the mental demands for dropout.Aiming at the insufficiencies,I conduct the second research on how to control the school dropout,adopt the interview method,combined with the research conclusion,draft the interview outline,select the local famous school principal,excellent head teacher and excellent parent respectively of two persons as the interview objects,conduct summary based on the suggestions for the existed problems,finally obtain some countermeasures to meet with the mental demands of the dropouts thus to provide some constructive suggestions for school dropout control.
