Vocational training industry developed from the 80 s,under the background of reform and opening policy.At that time,many people lacking vocational ability swarm into coastal regions.From then on,vocational training institutes began to appear.Recently,with the government paying more attention on vocational education,this industry has become the topic of the society and entering a new stage.Meanwhile,people need more vocational training to match the requirement of economic transfer and industrial upgrade.In order to implement the plans “Industry 2025”,“Advanced Equipment Manufacturing”,which our government proposed,we have to face the shortage of skilled labors,and the model innovation and quality of vocational training becomes more indispensable.Besides,the human resource structure doesn't match the requirement of positions apparently,so it is important for vocational institutes to fit economic structure transfer,industries upgrade and employment.Actually,private institutes are also important components of the market to complement our public-run vocational colleges,sensitive to market and flexible to changes.In this essay,we use strategy management,value chain and SWOT as analysis tools to analyze ZK Vocational Training Institute,including internal and external environment..According to interview and analysis,we conclude the advantages and disadvantages.of ZK.Besides,we also focus on the risks and opportunity.We figure out the development path and capabilities,and find out the key steps where create innovation and value.Eventually,according to the case enterprise' character,we conclude how ZK build its core competence,innovation and integrate resource to integrate a value chain,shaping a new system.After the analysis,we proposed some recommendations for ZK's further differentiated development strategy.However,since the industry barrier is low,any individual or institute can easily start business about training,forming a fierce competitive and decentralized market.As a result,the first question for small institutes is how to adjust to the quickly changing market,and fix the strategy.Absolutely,it is necessary to optimize the research about vocational training institutes and meaningful to guide them to do strategy management.
