Starting a business had caught so many peoples' attention after Premier Li put forward the idea of “popular entrepreneurship and innovation” in Government Annual Working Report 2015.Entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges stepped into a rapid development period,more attentions had paid to students' creative thinking and innovation capability.Through entrepreneurship education,we can guide college students to understand and to learn the related content of entrepreneurship education actively,so as to help the students to achieve active entrepreneurship by handling the method and procedure of starting a business.This requires higher vocational colleges to strengthen the management of entrepreneurship education,to improve the effectiveness of education,and lay a solid foundation for students to start their own business.Entrepreneurship education not only can be a main channel to improve higher vocational colleges students' understanding and application of entrepreneurship then to take part in business set-up activities,but also an important way to improve students' entrepreneurial consciousness of and cultivate their entrepreneurial spirit.Arguably,education is an important way to train talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper started from the basic theory and research results of entrepreneurship education by using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,such as research methods,to assess the effect of entrepreneurship education a systematic and comprehensive study.Based on the background,meaning and purpose of the study,this paper expounded evaluation method,problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship education and the measure to improve the effect of entrepreneurship education so that confirmed the research methods and system structure.By analyzing the relevant policy about national entrepreneurship education of vocational college students entrepreneurship,the author intended to introduce the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,analyze the basic situation of curriculum implementation and the main methods of the current higher vocational entrepreneurship education.A suitable evaluation index and evaluation process is designed for the current higher vocational college students' entrepreneurship education according to the target content corresponding questionnaire and investigation carried out in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,the author put forward the main problems of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges with the datacollected in the survey,e.g.the career education management problem,including the old content and structure design,the poor cognition on entrepreneurship education,the inadequate entrepreneurship education theory study and the teaching design cannot meet the requirement of the entrepreneurship education.Through the above analysis,the author finally suggested the related improvement countermeasures of improving the effect of entrepreneurship education of college students,and according to the effect of improving countermeasures accordingly to confirm with the statistical data.It is concluded that the effect of the improvement measures can be used to improve the effect of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
