Since the policy of reform and opening up was adopted,China's rapid economic growth has attracted worldwide attention.The development of the economy has provided new opportunities and challenges for the development of education,and the strategy of invigorating China through the development of science and education has put education in a more important position.The teaching concept is the theoretical basis for guiding teaching activities,and is the intrinsic motivation of education development.In this context,the teaching concept is being constantly innovated.Weifang No.1 Middle School has kept in pace with the times and put forward the teaching concept of “Rong?Ya”.Under the guidance of "creating suitable education and building a happy school",Weifang No.1 Middle School has established its unique education brand.This paper analyzes and illustrates the implementation background,process and effect of the teaching concept of “Rong?Ya” in the example of the history course,which can help innovate teaching concepts and improve class efficiency.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis to elaborately demonstrate the strategies and measures embodied in the teaching concept of "Rong?Ya".The basic theoretical foundation is expounded by using the literature research method.This survey is carried on in Weifang No.1 Middle School.First,the historical background and necessity of the implementation of the concept of "Rong?Ya" are discussed."Rong?Ya" concept is to inherit and develop the one-hundred-year motto of Weifang No.1 Middle School-“Rong?Ren”,which is to rally the call of the New Class Reform.Second,the paper figures out the teaching strategies and measures of "Rong?Ya" concept which can exert great influence on the implementation of school policy,school management,course plan,class reform,educational mode,and resource allocation.This paper concentrates on the influence on history course and educational mode.Third,the paper explains the effect,potential problems and the corresponding solutions in the process of carrying out this concept.Finally,the research takes the example and makes a detailed demonstration of how the concept of "Rong?Ya" works.The essence of the research is revealed through case analysis of all aspects of the concepts of "Rong?Ya" along with theoretical analysis and history class activities.The significance of the research lies in its possibility of providing a new mode and concept of history teaching in high school.Furthermore,the paper is hoped to improve teachers' professional skills and comprehensive quality,classroom efficiency and students' performance in terms of both theory and practice.
