Teachers are the mother machine of education and the key to ensuring the quality of education.The Ministry of Education promulgated the"Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program"in 2014 and 2018 respectively,indicating that the state attaches importance to the development of outstanding teachers.Excellent preschool teachers are an important part of the excellent teacher system and are related to the quality of preschool education.More research has focused on the excellence of teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the research on the professional growth of preschool teachers has yet to be further enriched.Therefore,this study hopes to provide reference for the professional growth of preschool teachers and the training of excellent preschool teachers through the generalization and analysis of the professional development process of three excellent preschool teachers.The special-class teacher is the realistic representative of the excellent teacher.Therefore,this study takes three special-class preschool teachers as the research object.Combined with the nature and needs of the research questions,this study selects the case study method.Combined with the existing research,this study analyzes the professional growth process of three excellent preschool teachers from the four stages of growth stage,influencing factors,growth motivation and growth path.In related research,the influencing factors and growth motivation are often analyzed.This study believes that although there is a certain relationship between the two,it also has different emphasis.Therefore,this study intends to analyze the two separately to show the professional growth process of the outstanding preschool teachers more clearly and comprehensively.Combining the relevant theories of teachers'professional development stage and the descriptions of the three teachers' divisions of their own growth stages,the researchers summarized the growth stages of the three teachers into the pre-service preparation stage,the career adjustment stage,the career growth stage,the career maturity stage and the professional excellence.At the stage,the growth priorities of each stage are different.Combining the research on the influencing factors of teacher professional growth and the descriptions of three teachers,the researchers summarized the growth factors affecting preschool teachers as internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include the spirit of conscientious character and research challenges.External factors include the environment.Atmosphere,key events,important others and teacher empowerment.Combining the teacher's professional growth motivation research and the descriptions of the three teachers,the researchers summarized the growth motivation of the excellent preschool teachers as external power and internal motivation.The problem situation and moderate pressure are the main external power sources.The internal power includes the growth instinct drive,sense of accomplishment,sense of responsibility and grateful return to drive.Combining the research of teachers'professional growth and the actual growth of the three teachers,the researchers summarized the main growth pathways of the excellent preschool teachers as diligent reading,peer support,professional training,conscious reflection,painstaking research,and pen-splitting.Combined with the problems found in this study,the researchers made recommendations for the growth and training of preschool teachers from the perspective of preschool teachers,kindergardens and government.
