The Study Of “national Student Satisfaction Survey” Of America

In recent years,the universities and colleges in our country have developed rapidly,but at the same time,which have also encountered some crises.These problems have caused the traditional university management models and methods to be unsuitable and prompted universities to pay attention to the problems of student satisfaction.And the voice of carrying out the invention of college student satisfaction is getting higher and higher.The theoretical and practical research on college student satisfaction survey has also gradually increased.What's more,the “quality of students and employers' satisfaction” was added to the quality assessment standards for higher education conducted by the education administration of China,which required colleges and universities to conduct student satisfaction surveys.However,there are many problems in our country's current theoretical research on student satisfaction and the use of survey methods and survey tools in practice and analysis of survey results.This article is to provide a reference for the satisfaction survey of college students in China through the research on the satisfaction survey of American college students.This article consists of two parts: introduction and the body.The introduction part includes the origin,purpose,significance,methods and literature review of the study.The main text includes the analysis of the status of Chinese college student satisfaction surveys,the analysis of American college student satisfaction surveys,the content analysis of American college student satisfaction surveys,results analysis,impact analysis,and the enlightenment of the American college student satisfaction survey.Through the research,this paper believes that the survey of university student satisfaction in the United States has gone through the process from passive action to active behavior,and finally it has become a common behavior of American colleges and universities.This development process shows that the size of the university's survival pressure determines whether it conducts investigations,and the scientificnature of survey tools determines the effectiveness of the survey.Finally,on the basis of surveys of American college student satisfaction,this paper puts forward several suggestions for college student satisfaction survey of China,including to build an institutional environment that pays attention to the survey of student satisfaction,to strengthen the university's recognition of student satisfaction theory,to establish a better student satisfaction questionnaire and to use survey results effectively.
