In recent years,China's social and economic development has made new breakthroughs,and with it,the innovation and development of higher professional education has attracted unprecedented attention from the party and the state.At the same time,professional teachers in higher vocational colleges shoulder the for regional higher vocational education task of training high quality innovative skilled talents,their own solid professional knowledge and skill in field skills is the core.However,the lack of comprehensive quality of professional teachers in vocational colleges has become the main bottleneck restricting the booming development of education.Therefore,in order to fully response to the call of national innovation and development of higher vocational education,efforts to alleviate the shortage of shortage of regional innovation high quality skilled talents basic situation,higher vocational colleges should will strive to build high-quality professional teacher team as the strategic planning of training innovative skilled talents.Since then,the value and significance of professional teacher training in vocational colleges are self-evident.Actively carry out professional teacher training in higher vocational colleges,improve the quality of professional teacher training is the main content of the teacher education in higher vocational colleges,is to deepen professional teacher professional development of substantial new cross,is also the current higher vocational colleges in our country in the process of innovation,first to improve and perfect a work content.This study will take the regional vocational colleges as the starting point,in order to be able to make a small contribution to the relevant training.At present,professional teacher training in vocational colleges in China has some achievements,but it still reflects many problems and affects the quality of professional teacher training.The Hohhot region is located in the northern border of China,and the vocational colleges in the region have sent a large number of applied talents to regional economic development.This article will Hohhot area professional teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object,according to the theory of training theory,teacher professional development stage theory as the theoretical base of the mat,field survey research by applying the method of questionnaire and interview survey,collecting the firsthand material,laid the foundation for the further study for this article.Among them,the content of the questionnaire focuses on the basic information of the professional teachers,the attitude of participating in the training,and the training objectives,contents and forms and so on.The author interviewed 10 professional teachers specially selected and focuses on the training types,training opportunities and career development planning of professional teachers and so on.Analysis data after the survey,the author learned that the current problems in professional teacher training in higher vocational colleges in the region displays in:less training opportunities for professional teachers,unequal training opportunities,unclear training objectives,unscientific training courses and a single training method,etc.In view of the above investigation and study the problems,the author based on "people-oriented" and the lifelong education idea,from the government,higher vocational colleges,professional teacher three aspects has carried on the analysis of the causes,countermeasures for further research.Finally,based on the actual situation,the author puts forward the improvement measures:advocating scientific and professional teacher training system,to determine training needs,clear training objectives and implementation of management by objectives,setting up reasonable training content,rich kinds and methods,carry out effective training evaluation;Improve the incentive mechanism of professional teacher training;Improve the training system and encourage school-enterprise cooperation,formulate and improve the training system for professional teachers in higher vocational colleges,and actively guide school-enterprise cooperation and increase training opportunities;Strengthen the professional development of professional teachers,set up lifelong education awareness and formulate career development plan,form a learning team and focus on reflection;Carry out school-enterprise integration to build a harmonious campus culture.
