Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of College Counselors' Professional Emotion In Universities

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the basic issues of what kinds of people are trained in colleges and universities,how to cultivate people,and for whom.As an important part of college teachers,college counselors are the backbone of colleges and universities engaged in moral education work and carry out ideological and political education for college students.They also play a very important role for strengthening college students'moral education.At the same time,it's meaningful for counselors to intensify ideological and political education.Based on the straightened out domestic and foreign research trends,this article uses the methods of questionnaires and interviews by the counselors of five universities in Xi'an to understand the status of counselors' professional emotions from the aspects of professional identity,professional responsibility,and professional honor.On the whole,the professional identity,professional responsibility,and professional honour of counselors are still relatively positive,healthy,and progressive.However,there are still problems of lack of emotion.One of the reasons is that the policy formulation is not perfect,the work content is not clear enough,the career development space is narrow,the workload is large and complex,and the role orientation is blurred.On the other hand,the counselor's own values have been distorted and the family members Insufficient understanding of support and incomplete self-knowledge structure seriously affect the counselor's active professional emotional development.Therefore,only by strengthening the correct guidance of policies,and constantly strengthening material security,innovating work concepts,and improving the management system,the instructors can promote sublimation awareness,and constantly strengthen their learning ability and practice.From outside and inside,they will optimize the training of professional counselors' professional emotions.The organic combination of the external environment and the enhancement of the endogenous motivation of the counselors' professional emotions can promote counselors to cultivate positive professional emotions and effectively maintain the stability and development of college counselor team construction.
