As an important part of school physical education,group competition activity is vital to the implementation of the national fitness program and sunshine sports as well as the improvement of the health of the students.In recent years,as the implementation of the national fitness program being increasingly strengthened by the government,the college group competition activities are quantitatively improved.But it's not good enough because of the low involvement and satisfaction of activities,which makes it hardly achieves the previous intention of the carrying out group competition activities.Thus,how to improve the students' involvement and satisfaction of group competitions has become an urgent being solved for the group competition management department in colleges.Meanwhile,the establishment of the evaluation index system about the satisfaction of the group competition and its modeling are also worth to study.This thesis mainly takes literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the satisfaction and its influencing factors of university competitions.The research mainly includes five parts as follow: The first part is an introduction,including the description of the purpose and significance,the research status of the group contest both domestic and abroad,the research object,research content and technology roadmap.The second part is the theoretical basis of group competition activities in colleges and universities,which mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of the group competition activities,the satisfaction theory and satisfaction-importance theory.When it comes to the third part,there is an empirical analysis of the college student group contest satisfaction,which shows the design of the questionnaire,the reliability and the validity examination of the questionnaire,as well as the revision and validation of the model of research.The fourth part discusses the influence factors and optimization strategy of college students' satisfaction with group activities.Basing on the six influencing factors it comes up several optimization directions to improve the satisfaction of university students' group competitions.The fifth part is regarded as a conclusion,which not only summarizes the whole work and puts forward the innovation and drawbacks of the thesis,but also brings suggestion and view.Main conclusions and novelties of this study: first of all,basing on the method of factor analysis,this context find out six factors that influence the satisfaction of the group competition activities,which are management propaganda,activity planning,teacher guidance,student involvement,logistics,effect evaluation.Secondly,it has built the satisfaction evaluation index system which can be reasonable and effective way to evaluate the group competition satisfaction in colleges and universities in Hubei province.And this research finding can be the objective basis of the improvement and perfection of group competitions satisfaction,which is of great practical significances and referential value to the implementation of the national fitness program and sunshine sports as well as the improvement of the health of the students.
