Research On Problems And Path Of Classic VideOpen Class Optimized Construction In Colleges And Universities

Classic video open class is quite a hot topic in current education theoretical research and practice, as well as the education reform and development in undergraduate stage. On October 12th,2011, the Ministry of Education issued a proposal on the Implementation of State Classic Video Open Class Construction in Colleges and Universities, at the same time, establishing 1000 subjects of classic video open class is also set as the aim in "the Twelfth Five Year Plan ". Colleges and universities across the country actively responded to the proposal, and started the construction of classic video open class. They set the major goal as "to improve the science and culture quality of college students and social public, to serve to the advanced socialism culture construction, to strengthen the culture soft power of our country, and to expand the international influence of Chinese culture". This implies that the construction of socialism modernization and social reality requires colleges and universities to offer multiple ways of learning methods to the social public. And they have the responsibility of meeting the needs of sharing classic education resources. Classic video open class construction should comply to the reality of schools and subjects, meet the needs of social developement, and actively seek a path of Chinese peculiar classic video open class developemnt. As a consequence, classic video open class is a presentation of the inheritance of our country’s spirits and culture, as well as the overall aggregation of broadcasting and sharing school resources, equality for all students and the scientific quality of serving the public. The author selected those colleges and universities who have issued the classic video open class program as research subjects. In the analysis of relevant resources and data, the author found out that the current construction of classic video open class has gained some achievements, but some of them also face the problems of hysteretic management concept, impaired communication between different management authorities, chaos in the division of rights and responsibilities, and isolation of education theories from the practice etc. In order to make the high-quality goods in colleges and universities video onto the road of sustainable development,public class,the author through the literature.as well as to the actual situation investogation,deeply analyzes tha boutique video public class nature and necessity of lookup boutiue video courses construction in the process of the problems and their causes,and put forword the college boutique video courses development strategy.
