Since the concept of left-behind children raised by scholars,more and more attention has been given to the this group.the left-behind children is the results of the dual development structures of the city and the countryside.With the faster speed of the social economic transformation,various problems of the left-behind children has been exposed.the group of left-behind children has extend from rural to city.the cause for the left-behind children is not only because rural parents work outside but also urban parents work too busy to take care of the children,even because parents stay overseas.All in all,the consequence of the stay-behind children is not only the parent-child separation but also in the process of children growing up without parents accompany safeguard and education.Left-behind children situation has been given attention to our government and Party.From literature and the researches of the left-behind children participated by the writer,we find more and more programs concerning the left-behind children has been merged from all sectors of the society.It is positive that the society concerns the general characters of the left-behind children.However,the stylized and surfaced care and love activities is becoming give money charity which is negative to their mental growth.Therefore,under such background,the author wish to apply methods of social work professional to give the targeted help to the left-behind children since different cares should be given to different children.The breakthrough point of the targeted care serves for the rural left-behind children is the personal growth needs of teenagers.Under the general trend of more and more targeted elaborated cares of the left-behind children and the opportunity of targeted care service program for rural left-behind children in Jilin Province Liuhe county,two subjects served by the authors have been selected.More social work professional have been applied to the work of left-behind children,more situations about their life and psychology have been paid attention at the same time,better ways to fit the personal demand have been explored which has important theoretical significance and practical significance.
