Teaching skill is one important quality of the teachers.The improvement of the teaching skill is the key to increasing teaching quality.The primary school teachers are enlightened tutors to the pupils,whose enchancement of the teaching skill level can not only promote the mastery of the students' cultural knowledge,but also influence the construction of thier good moral character.Through the investigation and analysis of the training status of the teaching skills pertaining to new primary school teachers in most areas of Gannan prefecture such as Ningdu County,Yudu County,Nankang District,Xinfeng County,and Ruijin City,we know the reasons for the present unsatisfied level condition and culturing status relating to the teaching skills of the new primary school teachers: the new primary school teachers themselves pay insufficient attention;the school's inner management and evaluation mechanisms are unsound;the county's in-service training system is perfect;“the National Training Scheme” itself has limitation.This article put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combining the present exposed problems in the culturing status of the teaching skills of the new primary school teachers: by the means of strengthening professional ideological education,setting up examples,cultivating interest,Indirect conversion pathways to exert subjective initiative of the new primary school teachers to improve their teaching skills,and promote their autogenic training;through adding curriculum proportion of the teaching practice in pedagogical education,establishing and perfecting the training,supervision and the evaluation mechanism of the teaching skills to further strengthen the teacher's pre-service education and tamping new teachers' teaching skills;perfecting the county territory training,concentrated cultivation and management,and strengthening the county administration of education supervision and evaluation efforts;taking the township central primary school as the core,which leads the school-based training,consolidating training and supervision,consummating the township regional training mechanism;further perfecting “the National Training Scheme”,strengthening its role to lead and radiate,substantially raising teaching skills of the new primary school teachers.
