Under the background of globalization of core competencies nowadays,our country is transiting from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education.In recent years,there has been an upsurge of research on core competencies.By drawing lessons from foreign excellent research results and combining with the adjustment of domestic localized education model,our country has injected new concepts in goal elaboration,content structure,curriculum reform and so on.In 2016,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the document "Core Competencies and Values for Chinese Students' Development",which provides an important basis for the planning and design of teaching courses,the growth and development of teachers and students,and the evaluation of the quality of education and teaching in the future.The deepening of curriculum reform calls for the implementation of the corresponding education evaluation system.The popularization of the core competencies concept makes the traditional standardized test present many drawbacks.Under this background,educators are eager to seek a kind of evaluation method which is in line with the reform concept.Performance evaluation is in line with the focus on the comprehensive performance of students' knowledge,abilities and attitudes emphasized by core competencies.It stands out in many evaluation methods with irreplaceable advantages.If it is applied in the field of practical teaching of physics,it will surely be able to develop in two dimensions: teaching and learning.Give full play to the great potential,while guaranteeing the high quality of teaching,improve the core competencies level of students.In order to realize the transformation of expressive evaluation from texts of curriculum standards to physics teaching,promote students to learn and improve teachers undefined teaching based on subject core competencies,and improve physics curriculum design,this paper studies core competencies concepts from four dimensions and five levels of core competencies of physics from the perspectives of origin and development of evaluation,concept and theory,design and practice.In order to further improve the evaluation system of physics subject and provide a reference for the related research of performance evaluation of physics teaching,the content design and standard model construction of performance evaluation task are read out,and the grade evaluation model is refined in the form of teaching case analysis,and the applicability and feasibility of each teaching link are reflected respectively.In the field of practical research,this paper studies the present situation of the application of performance evaluation in senior high school physics teaching in our country in the form of questionnaire survey,and investigates the questionnaire sent out by some senior high school teachers and students in Jilin Province respectively.Through the data feedback,this paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation and future development of the present performance evaluation in teaching,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the effective implementation of the evaluation in physics teaching from different aspects combined with the concept of core competencies,which can provide reference for future practice research of physics teaching evaluation.
