Research On The Distinctive School Running Of Private Compulsory Education

Since the promulgation of the Non-governmental Education Promotion Law,the private compulsory education in our country has been developing rapidly.Since the compulsory education in our country is still in the primary stage,how to make the private compulsory education develop better,faster and more smoothly is the problem that the private compulsory education needs to solve.In the face of fierce competition,the private compulsory education,in order to achieve sustainable development,must take the road of running a school with its own characteristics,and provide an unassailable position that can not be provided by others.However,in recent years,although the theory and practice of running schools with special features have developed greatly,there are still some problems.Many schools are often anxious to make progress,resulting in school characteristics are not obvious,and affecting their own development.Under the huge challenge of the private compulsory education,Jiaxiang Foreign Language School make full use of the flexible mechanism of private schools,and come out of a way of running a school with their own characteristics.It is of great significance for the development of private compulsory education to sum up the experience of Jiaxiang Foreign Language School,and give more references to others.The first part of this paper is theoretical study.On the basis of the analysis,summary and reference of the existing research achievements,this paper summarizes the theoretical problems involved in the paper,including the research status of the domestic and foreign scholars on the characteristics of school running,the definition of the two core concepts of "private compulsory education" and "school characteristics".Based on the analysis of the elements of running schools,a theoretical model of characteristic running schools is constructed.Then combined with relevant literature,the existing problems in running schools with characteristics of private compulsory education is found.The second part is case study.First of all,the background of Jiaxiang Foreign Language School's characteristics of running a school is explained.Then this paper analyzes how Jiaxiang Foreign Language School solves the problems in running a school.Finally,it summarizes the experience of running schools in Jiaxiang Foreign Language School,and then puts forward the corresponding strategies to promote the running of private compulsory education from the external angle and internal angle.
