Entering the intellectual economy age, talents are the most precious resources of enterprises. In the final analysis, the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents. Foxconn Technology Group(Shen Zhen) is the famous company. However, the company internal management issues emerge gradually wi th high-speed development. The incentive mechanism of the company cannot follow up the speedy development, which led to the continually rising staff turnover and decreasing working efficiency of technical talents. Seriously wasted human resources will grievously threat to the survival of the enterprise. Therefore, it is imperative to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism coincided with actual characteristics and requirements of the company.This paper chooses Foxconn Technology Group(Shen Zhen) as the investigative subject and learns from the latest incentive theories at home and abroad. Through analyzing the existing incentive mechanism to technical talents at the company, the author has found out issues exited in the mechanism and tried to improve and perfect the existing incentive mechanism. This paper is divided into to four parts. Firstly, explaining the background and significance of the thesis topic, reviewing the latest incentive theories at home and abroad, and describing main contents and s tructure of this paper. Secondly, briefly introducing the situation of Foxconn Technology Group(Shen Zhen) and the incentive mechanism to technical talents, the author also analyses existing issues of the mechanism. Thirdly, according to characteristics of the company, the author establishes the incentive mechanism improvement program including improving the payment system, strengthening spiritual motivation, perfecting the content of the work motivation; promoting professional development of function optimization. Finally, this paper proposes advanced steps and safeguards to carry out the new incentive program, and measures should be taken to avoid problems may emerge during the implementation of the new program.On the basis of the existing incentive mech anism of the enterprise, the author sets up a new feasible incentive mechanism program which adequately concerns about the endurance capacity of the enterprise. The implementation of the new incentive mechanism will not only enhance working enthusiasm of t echnical talents, but also assist the enterprise to set up great public image and employer brand.
