| As a new business mode, manufacture outsourcing is spreading rapidly in different industries worldwide. It brings a series of competitive advantage for enterprise, such as cost reduction, focusing on core functions, etc.; it also brings some risks, like strategy, operations and debt. Outsourcing success mainly lies in the relationship with the outsourcing supplier and outsourcing supplier management, so the outsourcing supplier performance evaluation is critical in manufacture outsourcing company. But currently, same as production-oriented companies, manufacture outsourcing companies still focus on quality, price and delivery, and it is obvious that the traditional supplier performance evaluation model cannot help them to monitor outsourcing risk under current environment and confirm the continuation of outsourcing advantages, so it is necessary to design a supplier performance evaluation system which is typically suitable for manufacture outsourcing.This thesis analyzes the advantages and risks of manufacture outsourcing based on the characteristics of manufacture outsourcing, and in-depth analyzes the requirement of supplier measurement on the goal of giving full play to the advantages of outsourcing and control outsourcing risks, and then designs the whole framework of the outsourcing supplier performance evaluation system, quantitative analysis of the indicators and the weight of the index system, constructs a quantitative model for performance evaluation system of outsourcing supplier, to ensure that the advantage of outsourcing and outsourcing risk management level can be measured. At the same time, the system proves rational and feasible by applying in X company, and at final part, it discusses the application of supplier performance evaluation result in supplier classification, supplier crosswise comparison and procurement business allocation. This thesis could be the reference for manufacture outsourcing companies to improve supplier performance management. |
