As a way to improve competitiveness, technology alliance is booming in knowledge economy society. Alliance performance is an important evaluation standard as the result of technology alliance. As the same time, knowledge transfer is a key factor of alliance progress. Therefore, from the perspective of knowledge transfer to explore how it promotes alliance performance is particularly important. Based on the technology-alliance enterprise, this article analysis the degree of knowledge transfer element, in able to help companies reduce their risk of alliance, it is very important in reality technology alliance.Aiming to summarize the factors influencing technology alliance, this article summed up four factors after studies the finding of many scholars. That is the characteristics of knowledge (knowledge complementary, knowledge specificity), the characteristics of enterprise (knowledge sending ability, knowledge absorptive capacity), knowledge transfer situation (knowledge distance, cultural distance and trust); it joins the scale of staff and the number of alliance as control variables to study. Constructed the concept model of technology alliance performance and putted forward the research hypothesis.Later, this article has carried on the empirical research of technology alliance performance. Through the reliability and validity analysis, we revised the model. At the same time, through the single factor analysis of variance, the regression analysis and regression analysis, we tested the hypothesis. Most of the hypothesis is verified except the negative correction of knowledge distance and alliance performance. At last, we putted forwarded the conclusions and suggestions of this article, pointed out the limitations and hoped the follow-ups study further in this area.
