With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge,as the enterprise's core resource,has been attached more importance.Centered on knowledge discovery,storage,transformation,sharing,application and innovation of knowledge management activity has become an important part of the practice of the enterprise managers.Limited by the size and the management modes,small and Medium-sized Enterprises as the pillar industries of the national economy,relatively lag behind in the application of knowledge management.Moreover,serious knowledge drain has brought huge negative impact on its sustainable development,especially the knowledge drain caused by brain drain,which has become a common problem for small and Medium-sized Enterprises.That how to control the knowledge drain of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and establishing the Early Warning System have become the concerned issue of the management scholars and entrepreneurs.Discovered from the relative analysis of the domestic and overseas studies on the knowledge sharing,knowledge drain and Evaluation System of the knowledge drain and combination with the current situations and reasons of the serious knowledge drain of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises,tacit knowledge is the enterprise's core knowledge.However,tacit knowledge is often the most serious part of the knowledge drain,which has been mainly resulted from the small and medium-sized enterprises' inevitable personnel changes and brain drain,especially those expert talents with the core technology and the talents with the abilities to solve problems and the grasp of resources.Started from the two angels,this paper will establish the risk evaluation system of knowledge drain in the Small and Medium-sized EnterprisesThis paper will establish the overall framework and math matrix of the evaluation system of the knowledge drain risk of the small and medium-sized enterprises by attempting to the methods of social network analysis and literature review.Meanwhile,it also makes use of the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the weights of every index of the evaluation system.After establishing the risk evaluation system,this paper will also choose a medium-sized enterprise to visit and investigate and obtain the data.By using this system to evaluate the knowledge drain risk of this enterprise,it is helpful for the application of the risk evaluation system of the knowledge drain in the small and medium-sized enterprises.At last,this paper will put forward countermeasures and suggestions on three aspects of the knowledge drain of the small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of culture,knowledge management and personnel system.In the realm of culture,a shared,learning and people-oriented corporate culture must be created to prevent the knowledge drain.In terms of corporate knowledge management,fixed knowledge management team,knowledge management system and control system of the knowledge drain risk should be built.As personnel changes and brain drain are the main reasons of the knowledge drain,thus,personnel system should be improved and the distribution system of enterprise,internal flow of talent and mentoring system,recruitment and reserve system,employee career management system and staff resignation system should be established and perfected.
