With the rapid development of China's economy,e-commerce has become the economic growth point of China's economic development.Among them,a large number of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises have made great contributions to the growth of China's economy.With the development of the industry,small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises are facing serious problem of brain drain,which is also an important factor restricting their development.Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprise development,and solving the problem of brain drain is the primary problem for the human resources of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises.Based on the collection and find a lot of related literature,on the basis of the demand level theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,the psychological contract theory and related theory as a guide,in-depth analysis of the electricity,small and medium enterprises present situation and influence of brain drain.HG company,for example,employee satisfaction as the breakthrough point,USES the questionnaire survey and core talented person interview method,after analyzing the result of the survey data statistics,it is concluded that the HG company the reason of brain drain,and targeted countermeasures are put forward.HG company brain drain problem,first of all,from the perspective of the building a people-oriented corporate culture,combining enterprise's goal and personal goal,create a fair working environment,to improve the cohesion of HG company;Secondly,to create a performance system based on incentives,with the aim of improving employees' enthusiasm;To establish a competitive compensation system that is fair and competitive to the outside world.Meanwhile,it is closely combined with performance salary to improve employee satisfaction.Establishing the internal talent training mechanism,aiming at increasing employee loyalty;The establishment of a perfect recruitment mechanism can reduce the impact of job vacancies on enterprises.The management of brain drain crisis management,through crisis prevention,crisis management and post-management,efforts to eliminate the brain drain in the bud.Hope in this paper,the HG company brain drain the reason analysis,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,can for the other suffered from brain drain problem of small and medium-sized business enterprise,to provide reference and reference,effectively solve the problem of the brain drain of small and medium-sized electric business enterprise,raise the level of enterprise human resources management.
