Multiple Embeddedness, Entrepreneurial Learning And Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurship not only create jobs and increase regional capital stock, improve economic efficiency, and promote technical innovation, but also can enhance the overall competitiveness of a country and region. Therefore, entrepreneurs and scholars by the government of common concern, including how to improve entrepreneurial performance, improve the success rate of entrepreneurship is to become the focus of attention, the paper starting from the theory of embedding theory and entrepreneurial learning, exploring factors affect entrepreneurial performance.Independent variables such as multiple social embedding and entrepreneurial learning are introduced in this paper to explore the impact of multiple social embedding and entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial performance. Combined the related research results of the multiple embedding and entrepreneurial learning home and abroad with China's realities, analytical framework and research model of the relationship between the multiple social embedding, entrepreneurial learning and new ventures growth are constructed, with the corresponding research hypothesis put forward. Empirical analysis is also made according to the data obtained through field visits and survey to make an in-depth analysis of the relationship between multiple embedding, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance.The results are as follows. From the impacts of multiple social embedding on the entrepreneurial performance, the company's business network plays a significantly promoting role in the performance of new enterprises, namely the closer businesses and their customers, suppliers and peer companies are, the more favorably the enterprises develop. The political network of business also has a catalytic impact on the development of enterprises, meaning that the close ties between companies and government contribute to the development of enterprises. However, the development of enterprises is not significantly affected by the friends of corporation and knowledge networks. From the impacts of multiple embedding on entrepreneurial learning, relatives and friends' networks, business networks and knowledge networks will encourage organizations to choose the exploitive learning, while political networks hinder it. Business networks, knowledge networks and government networks have contributed to the exploratory learning. From the impacts of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial performance, it makes contributions to the growth of new enterprises whether it is exploitive learning or exploratory learning.Compared with previous studies, possible innovations in this paper:(1) In China, relationships of network will influence anything of entrepreneurs. We have many kinds of relationships, so the network will be considered as a whole network of social relations based on different embedded mode is subdivided into four sub-networks, o explore different network for embedding entrepreneurial learning impact and influence entrepreneurial performance.
