Research On Scale Determination And Site Evaluation For Logistics Parks

Logistics park as an important part of modern logistics system,it has played very positive role in reduce social logistics costs,improve the efficiency of logistics operations,scale economic benefits and so on. However, With the continuous development of logistics park construction, there are many problems in the construction of logistics park, low level of repeated construction,the huge waste of resources, scale and location are not reasonable. This paper mainly discussed the method of scale determination and site location to provide theoretical basis for the construction of logistics park in China.First of all, the paper describes the related concepts and theories of logistics park,and analyzed and summarized the related research situation at home and abroad, then leads to the main research content of this paper.This paper described the theory of prediction method, and combined with the characteristics of the local freight volume data,the combination forecasting method based on the multiple regression analysis and the two exponential smoothing method be used to forecast the demand of regional freight transportation; after get the forecast data of regional freight volume,then established the apportion model of the freight volume of a single logistics park in the region, using SE-DEA model to calculate the comprehensive service capability of logistics park, and discuss the determination of other parameters in the apportion model;divided the logistics into several functional areas,by the way of calculating the area of each functional area to determine the scale of the logistics park; after determining the scale of the logistics park, constructing index system of logistics park site selection evaluation, using the theory of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the index system,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the location of the logistics park.In the last place,the paper applied all of the related methods and models of this paper into actual example.
