Research On The Trend Of China's Business Aviation And Development Policy

Before and after 2013 Civil Aviation Authority issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the management and security of civil aviation ", which actually boost the business aviation market of China dramatically. Business aviation market shows potential for growth. However policy environment is still being a resistance factor in developing business aviation. In order to realize the goal of developing business aviation into the emerging industry of general Aviation, It is necessary to apply the system-wide policy to support business aviation. This paper combines qualitative methods with quantitative ones in forecasting of prospects of business aviation and analyzing development bottleneck, analyzing shortcomings of the current management policy of business aviation and putting forward the corresponding policy advices in promoting the development of business aviation systematically.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, which is mainly focus on the background and significance of research, research status both at home and abroad, research ideas and research methods. The second part is theoretical research. This part mainly studies the relevant theories and concepts involved. Also different Trend Analysis theories are shown. The third part mainly introduces researches in business aviation development surveys. And by using foreign experience for reference, the problems of business aviation have been pointed out and future development has been indicated. The fourth part is mainly introducing researches on our existing civil aviation policy, and shortcomings of the current policy. The fifth part of this paper is a detailed analysis of the future of business aviation trends based on the forecast of market demand. The last part of the paper makes policy recommendations to promote the development of business aviation under the analysis of trends and shortcomings of the current policies.
