Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition among commercial banks, the importance of their human resources has become more and more noticeable. If the bank wants to maintain its dominant position in the financial market, it is necessary, from the perspective of strategic development, to attach great importance in setting up the training courses for the employees and keep developing its training programs. The training, by enhancing the comprehensive skills of employees, and improving their performance in the work, can help the bank to achieve strategic planning goals and better promote the healthy development of the bank in the long run.Since the core competence among the banks nowadays radically lies in the competence of the human capital, J bank H branch also put forward the higher demands on its staff training systems. This article, based on the case of the J bank H branch, firstly addresses the brief introduction to the J bank H branch, its organizational structure, its personnel structure,its staff training process, and its training actuality. To better understand the current status of the staff training systems in J bank H branch, and locate the problems in the systems, I formulated a questionnaire according to the current training situation in J bank H branch and summarized the recollected filled-up questionnaires. Based on the results of the questionnaires, I summed up the problems lies in the training systems of J bank H branch as well as the reasons that caused the problems. By the principles and thoughts of targeting the discovered problems, I designed the optimization solution in improving the staff training systems of J bank H branch and also came up with the supporting measures and issues under concerning in optimizing the staff training systems.We optimized the staff training systems of J bank H branch with a view that the J bank H branch, paying more attention to the staff training, can better develop and train the talents. The optimization can provide the beneficial reference to the personnel in J bank H branch, promote J bank H branch's healthy and sustainable development, enhance its prominent position in the market, and also provide the reference to other banks in developing the training systems.
