Because Chinese SMEs do not have formed a systematic and practical training effectiveness evaluation system at present,so that the training evaluation implementation more difficult,in addition to the evaluation of the training effect,its accuracy is not high,this study focus on training targets are similar,and an important role in the development of enterprise management training in the field of their own,trying to build a specific operation of the small and medium-sized enterprise management training effectiveness evaluation model,the evaluation of training effect management of small and medium-sized enterprises more reasonable,in the evaluation method of evaluation data is more accurate,and the daily management decision-making behavior of enterprises to provide more accurate information,at the same time that companies are aware of evaluation of training effect,and ultimately improve their training management level.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative research methods are used.First,summarize the relevant theory and evaluation model of training effectiveness evaluation,and explain the basic characteristics of the current evaluation model,and further analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the hierarchical model.Then combined with the all evaluation indexes and expert interview,Henan province Zheng planning area of small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out empirical research,and gradually build a second level,six indexes and twenty-two indexes management training effectiveness evaluation model.In order to improve the practical operation of the evaluation model,this study used AHP to determine the weight of each index,and then set up a relatively complete and scientific evaluation model.At the same time,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the selection of a certain enterprise in Zhengzhou area to study,in order to explore how to use this evaluation model in the specific practice process.Combined with the research results,and comprehensive research methods,and finally put forward the shortcomings of this study and further research ideas for the future.
