The Study On The Relationship Between The New Urbanization And Employment Structure Changes

TheNational Plan on New Urbanization of 2014 requires,the development of new type of urbanization should be human-centered,promoting agricultural transfer in an orderly way,and lead the population flow,steadily promote the urbanization of population,improve population quality,promote social development and fairness and justice in an all-round way,to make all the residents enjoy the achievement of modernization construction.While our country now is in the phase of upgradinsg of industrial structure,accelerate the development of the tertiary industry,this needs to take measures to promote the third industry,form well move mutual.Based on the basic meaning of the new urbanization,this paper established the cover comprehensive index system of the new-type urbanization comprehensive connotation,five of the new urbanization development,urban infrastructure construction,economic development level of the city,residents' living standard,the degree of ecological and environmental friendly as well as the construction of both urban and rural development),and the country(except Tibet,Hainan)2006-2013,the eight years of data calculate its level of development,industrial structure adjustment coefficient of various provinces and cities at the same time.First analyzed the status quo,calculated from the new metrics,urbanization all over the country provinces and cities of the X1(economic development)composite index is higher,while the X3(residents' quality of life)composite index is low;Points area,the eastern region of the X1(economic development)economic development level and the X3(residents' living quality)that the gap between the two more than the central and western regions.From the point of provincial industrial structure index calculation results,the development trend of general rise,but growth is mixed.Spatial econometric model results shows that,the coefficient of regional industrial structure upgrade in space there is significant correlation.A region industry development to a certain extent,depends on the adjacent region industry development level and its influencing factors,and its adjacent areas in the region has significant positive influence on coefficient of industrial structure upgrade.Among them,the five dimensions of urbanization in the new show a high level characteristics of regional concentration and low concentration.In new high quality regions,in the development of urbanization,the regional distribution of industries is reasonable;In the low level of urbanization,new industry layout is unreasonable in the region,to promote regional industrial structure rationalization.Measurement results show that,in addition to X4(ecological environment level)not through the inspection when significance level is 0.01,the rest of the variables are through inspection,this shows that the new urbanization process in four dimensions have an important impact on the adjustment of industrial structure upgrade.Five influence factors,in addition to the X3(residents' living quality),the other four aspects the coefficient estimate is positive,shows that new type of urbanization from four aspects to the structural adjustment of the industry play a positive role in promoting.Three control variables are passed the inspection at the same time,promote the transformation of industrial structure.
