With the strongly development of bus market,the bus industry flourishes and the market segmentation goes deeper. The competitiveness of enterprises are both increasing. At the same time, the responding to the customer customization requirements' production style is becoming more and more usual. So to satisfy the customers, diversification and individuation of products have become an inevitable trend to the enterprises as the consequence of its flexibility, or the enterprises will lose not only unique competitiveness, but also the value of existence. As a result, to make constant improvement and to advance labor efficiency for the firm is an inevitable choice when facing the changing market.This paper is mainly dealing with the labor efficiency improvement for A Bus Company from the following important aspects: productive organization and management, labor quota management, the multiple literacy improvement of the production operator, using a series of modern management techniques to find out the possibility of improving the efficiency and offer some related solutions.Specificly speaking, research and analysis is to meet customers' needs and constantly change at the same time by balancing the labor of each station, reducing a variety of waste during the production process, and then improving labor efficiency,which it right to the point.By strengthening the staff labor quota consciousness, improving the labor quota management mechanism using the method of standard operation time and then improve the labor quota.By analyzing the influencing factors of the production operation staffs' ability and quality, the company decides to adopt the external recruitment contract workers, or transmit dispatched workers to hire contract workers as well as increase staff training to multiply the skills of the staff,so as to enhance the company's labor efficiency.Though overall consideration,we can figure out that the subject of this paper is to reduce employee complaints, which means raise happiness to increase loyalty, or to reduce employees' dissatisfaction of the salary distribution and second distribution, to eliminate the management waste,which increase the harshness of the system of organization and is of practical significance not only for the company when enhancing the labor efficiency ofenterprises, but also has a strong reference to other enterprises...
