As the country of science and technology innovation strength increasing,in several enterprises,scientific research personnel of fine enterprise value more and more important.They with a master of science and technology and a lot of knowledge,innovation of the enterprise value and core competitiveness.But at present many fine enterprise of scientific research personnel performance management is a lack of experience,professional knowledge is weak,lead to performance appraisal some form of management effect is not obvious.Fine scientific research personnel in the enterprise performance management,therefore,the optimization problem,has a certain theoretical guidance and practical application of double meaning.Based on the scholars and experts on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad for reference,ZCI institute as object,based on the characteristics of the fine enterprises and scientific research personnel,current research in scientific research personnel performance management problems and the insufficiency,in-depth analysis of reasons,and puts forward effective scientific research personnel performance management optimization measures and Suggestions for improvement.Proposed in this thesis,to further improve the scientific research personnel performance management system,improve the links of form a complete set of scientific research management,improve the transparency of the performance review information,increase the intensity of incentive of the application of performance appraisal results,comprehensively strengthen the management of performance management knowledge training,so as to arouse the working enthusiasm and creativity of scientific research personnel,and realize the innovation drive the sustainable development of the enterprise.Research conclusion of this thesis,which can be as ZCI institute of scientific research personnel performance management optimization plan to provide practical guidance,the cu the performance management of enterprise has the certain enlightenment function.
