With the continuous development of the market economy,the real estate industry has stepped into an era of prosperity.The middle and small scale real estate enterprises are facing a big challenge with the more and more fierce competition.In this time,only human resource is the guarantee of the sustainable development.But,in most such real estate enterprises,there are many problems in their hr management.As a result,they can't keep up with the rapidly changing market environment.The researches on competency provide a brand new way to develop the company's hr management level,with which managing system of human resource will be well developed in enterprises.Nowadays,though we have achieved a lot in the research of competency theoretically and practically,there are few articles were written about the engineers who work in the middle and small scale real estate enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary that we pay attention to the study of competency.This study first combs the relevant research results of competence at home and abroad.On this basis,design the engineer competence model for A company by operating expert interviews?questionnaire surveys and behavior event interviews.To develop the hr management level,provide advices that extend the application of such model.Then take a recruiting event for example to do the beforehand-evaluation of the model,and to provide a sound scientific basis for the fulfillment of human resource management.
