The study by the "civil servant satisfaction questionnaire"," civil service psychological needs questionnaire " and " the civil servants' organizational loyalty questionnaire",study the psychological needs of Dalian area 11 administrative center of civil servants.At the same time,explore the group's responsibility and organizational loyalty,and through the regression analysis to study the influence of their psychological needs on their duty and organizational loyalty.And to put forward to meet the psychological needs of civil servants in specific ways.To improve the quality of civil service,improve work efficiency,for the civil service of government or public sector establish and improve administrative theory to carry out effectiveness and provide a theoretical basis and enhance the sense of public service,and according to the research results of the proposed solutions.According to maslow's demand theory,laborer to work in pursuit of extrinsic reward at the same time,domestic demand services also has a very good incentive effect,both to provide labourers with certain material rewards,should also pay attention to the realization of self-worth laborer,work to establish a sense of achievement.In the future we will constantly improve and improve the incentive mechanism,decorate to civil servants have practical significance work,and in the protection of their quality of life at the same time,set up work achievement system,the building up of government affairs center of civil servants and enhancing the consciousness of public service will be very beneficial.
