With the continuous and rapid development of society,people are facing great work pressure while enjoying rich material culture,which leads to different degrees of job burnout.Especially in the 21 st century,people's work pressure and life rhythm have reached an unprecedented level,and job burnout has become an important factor affecting people's work and life.Among all kinds of professions,government window personnel,as basic public affairs managers,play an important role in the transition period of service-oriented government and functional government.In the face of complex working environment and high-intensity working state,the staff need to bear huge psychological pressure in the heavy work,so it is easy to cause serious psychological burnout problem.The emergence of job burnout not only seriously affects the mental health and physical condition of the staff,but also is not conducive to the sustainable development of the grass-roots government administration.Therefore,strengthening the research on the career development of the grass-roots public servants represented by the staff has ten advantages for effectively improving the overall government service level of our country and building a high-quality and high-level grass-roots civil servant talent team Of great significance.In order to further explore the problem of job burnout,this paper comprehensively combed the research results and theoretical literature at home and abroad,conducted a questionnaire survey and Analysis on the staff of the administrative service center of Shahekou District,and used SPSS software to carry out statistical analysis on the survey results,in order to explore the relationship between the psychological pressure and job burnout of the staff.According to the results of the analysis,the author found that the job burnout of the staff in the administrative service center of Shahekou District is relatively serious,which is not only positively related to the psychological pressure,but also closely related to their age,education,working years,gender differences and education.Based on this,in view of the current situation of the job burnout of the staff in the administrative service center of Shahekou District,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement plan from the four levels of individual,organization,society and system,and puts forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to effectively improve the window staff of the administrative service center of Shahekou District from multiple dimensions.This paper hopes to improve the mental state and work efficiency of this kind of people through the systematic research on the job burnout of staff in the administrative service center of Shahekou District,and to provide reference for solving the problem of job burnout of staff in other areas of the country.
