Interview,is a commonly used method of talent evaluation.However,as a evaluation means which aims to select talent,the interview has its own characteristics,such as more intuitive in the form and more flexible in the content.So,interview can test the comprehensive quality of the interviewer.It is precisely because the interview has such an advantage,it is very important.However,at present,China's civil service structured interview is not very perfect both in the theoretical research and practice level.For example,in the theoretical research,the content of the study is single,not from the overall system to improve the level of civilized structured interview.At the practical level,China's civil service structured interview still can not achieve fairness.I believe that we must achieve all aspects of the standardization and scientific,so that we can make the civil service structured interview maximize the overall effectiveness.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis of the whole process of civil servants' structured interview is put forward,and then the specific improvement plan for each small problem is put forward,which is the most important task of the civilized organization's structured interview study.In order to improve the normative and scientific nature of the civilized structured interview in all aspects,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the various processes of civil servants' structured interview in China.On this basis,it is found that the structured interview of civil servants in our country exists in all aspects The problem of the common and individual aspects of the problems in the structured interview of civil servants in China is found through interviews with the examiners and the analysis of the relevant cases.Finally,according to these reasons,the author gives some advice to improve the level and quality of civil servants' structured interview in its reliability and validity.So that the structured interview of civil servants in our country so as to make the work of civil service structured interview play the greatest role,and the government staff with strong job matching,to enhance the efficiency of the government and the level of work.
