Structured interview is currently the most important method in civil service interview.But structured interview is believed to have high reliability and validity at the beginning of the design,but it is still considered unscientific and unreasonable in the actual operation process.Taking Hangzhou as an example,this paper studies how to select excellent talents scientifically by optimizing structured interviews.Through questionnaires and interviews,a total of 500 questionnaires were issued and 15 interviews were conducted.The focus of the current structured interview was the deficiency of the evaluation factors,the quality of the examiners,the design of the propositions,the management of the interview and so on.In view of the above problems,the author makes an exploration and puts forward six suggestions: structured interview requires scientific and fair system,scientific compilation of propositions,scientific management of examiners,scientific organization of examination,scientific and effective grading,and various forms of science.The structural interview is optimized to improve its scientificity and fairness,so as to provide strong support for the country to select more excellent and highly qualified talents.Besides,the core idea of structured interview is interrelated with various expert evaluation forms such as defense and presentation,and its optimization idea can be applied to other fields.
