"Embedded" Pension Model Research

China has been come to the age of rapid aging era,especially in large and medium-sized city.With the development of society,there is a change in the demand for old age groups,which calls for more appropriate pension model of the emergence of the elderly.Sharing part of the pension pressure,rich and diversified pension service model types,and improve China’s pension service system.From the embedded point of view,this paper research and analysis the pension model.Based on the core of "embedded" pension model,the concept of "embedded"pension model is defined on the basis of social embedding,welfare diversification and Maslow’s demand theory.Combined with the basic situation of aging in Shanghai and the development trend of pension policy,and take a Shanghai community as an example to make the empirical analysis.This study found that "Embedded" pension model can make up for family pension and pension agencies.lt has an advantage in the policy support,resource utilization,infrastructure construction,distance,specialization,psychological and other aspects.But there are also existing some problems.Finally,put forward to the corresponding solutions from the policies,operating,participation of social capital,professional nursing talents and idea of the elderly support.
