sichuan tourism is developing rapidly in recent years,sichuan 5 A grade scenic spot has five,respectively-dujiangyan qingcheng mountain scenic spots,leshan emei scenic spots,aba Tibetan and qiang autonomous prefecture jiuzhaigou scenic spot,the leshan giant Buddha scenic area,songpan huanglong scenic area.Is a big province in tourism resources.Attract many tourists travel to sichuan.These scenic spots is given priority to with travel team.Tours is rising year by year but still can't compare with the traditional travel team,but now tourism market chaos and non-standard directly reflected in the operation of the team travel.Select team in sichuan province as the research object,explore team tourists,tour guides in the tourism market behavior characteristics.Reform of sichuan tourism industry is of great significance.In this study briefly tourists in the tourism industry,the tour guide and travel market research,based on the travel team in sichuan as a case,the questionnaire on the spot investigation,using SPSS19.0 and EXCEL 2007 for data processing,using the method of description analysis,cross list to study the behavior of tourists,the tour guide in the team.First of all,the statistics of the tour guide social basic properties and working situation after it is concluded that:(1)not satisfied with the guide of general industry reform,think that their own interests is not guaranteed.(2)most of the tour guide didn't sign employment contracts with travel agencies,professional age also small,cause the reason is that the travel industry change is big,do not leave the talent,the most is the tour guide professional as a transition.(3)when in the face of the low price on market group,most of the guides with acceptance.Not form a unified,standardized and tourism causes such as inherent rules.(4)the new "tourism law" promulgated in 2013 after the tour guide work environment changes,their income is.(5)too much guide reported negative influence to the tour guide for their professional identity,can appear even tourists by "tourism law" to "transition" to protect their rights.(6)for trial guide liberalisation in 2016 in chengdu,most of the tour guide supported and wait-and-see attitude,still cannot leave a travel agency.Second in the team of several scenic spot tourist situation analysis;(1)tourists travel information channels increase,no longer limited to traditional travel agency recommended,the Internet as a source of important information.(2)tourists prefer to "cheap".Travel agencies in order to compete for the market of the price war.Tourists would conflict with the high quality tourism from the price.(3)for team travel consumption index,generally low,showed mistrust of tourism commodity and price resistance.(4)team tourists travel time to focus on the traditional festival,which is closely related to national holiday system,to some extent,affected the team travel focus point in time.(5)the visitors in their own quality improved obviously,the vastmajority can abide by the regulations and code of ethics.(6)most will meet some unreasonable operation,such as the chargeable,change the itinerary,standard.
