With the transformation of government functions,the gradual reform of the state mechanism,civil servants from the previous government managers gradually transformed into the people of the service.The grassroots civil servants in the ethnic areas are not only the public servants of the people who serve the front line of the masses,but also the national public officials who have long been in the ethnic minority areas.In this paper,combined with management,psychology,folklore and statistics and other disciplines to Liang Shan state Ganluo County as a sample,focus on local grassroots civil service work pressure management.In this paper,the theory of stress and work stress at home and abroad is studied,and the "four pressures theory" and "the three major pressure theories" of the theory of stress stimulation,the theory of pressure response,the theory of pressure interaction and the theory of stress subject Pressure model,human-environment matching model,conflict-theoretical model,job requirement-work decision-making free model.To Ganluo grassroots civil servants to take a questionnaire survey and field visits to investigate the form.In the process of investigation,the paper analyzes the working pressure source in five dimensions: the characteristics of grassroots work,the characteristics of minority areas,difficulties in interpersonal communication,organizational operation and career prospects.In the fourth part of the article,according to the questionnaire,we can find out the problems and causes of the work pressure management of civil servants in Ganluo County,Liang Shan County,according to the five dimensions of the questionnaire.In chapter Five,From different aspects of the proposed countermeasures.In the self-management of the solution to the main use of "pressure control theory" to introduce individuals how to reasonable control and ease the pressure;in the management of the organization level of the proposed strategy will be popular and enterprise "EAP theory" selectively applied to them;In addition,some suggestions are made from social groups.It is hoped that this study will help alleviate the working pressure of grassroots civil servants in Ganluo County and establish a long-term mechanism to alleviate the work pressure of grassroots civil servants,eliminate the negative impact of working pressure,improve work efficiency and work quality,and hope to pass This paper can provide suggestions for more pressure management of grassroots civil servants in more ethnic areas.
