After the reform of Grass-roots System "6+1" in Shanghai in 2015,each district is gradually sinking the administrative power of line,further enhancing the central leading role of the street in the process of city management.Street grass roots workers are the mainstay of the street team.With the reform of the system and the sinking of the power,their responsibilities and tasks change.They play a key role in dealing with all aspects of the relationship and become the driving force for China's economic development and social progress.As street grass roots workers,they are not only the concrete executors of every major line,policy and policy of the country,but also the bridge and bond to the masses.Quite a few of them are in a highly stressed working environment,physically and mentally exhausted,which not only endangers personal health,but also affects the efficiency of organization.Therefore,strengthening the research of job burnout of this group has become a top priority for effectively ensuring the physical and mental health of street level workers and promoting the scientific development of grassroots public management.At present,the research on civil servants' job burnout in academia is mostly concentrated on simple description and analysis,and most of them analyze from three aspects of individual,organization and society,but there is no research on Job Burnout of street grass roots workers under the background of blocks.In the current system,grassroots workers in the nature of work in direct contact with the masses,serve the masses,more refined and heavy,their ability and quality is directly related to the service level of local government work,facing the needs of different residents,not into the line of every hour and moment of emotional labor,which we have occupation burnout they? In addition,in order to make the implementation of the responsibilities of various departments to set up a grid street,center,different types of work was assigned to each department,listed as one of examination items.The grass-roots workers should take the initiative to participate in job allocation rules,in order to ensure that assigned to the job of their own within the scope of their duties,so as to reduce the burden of work,compared with the past,grass-roots workers improve employee participation,this is also the occupation burnout influence?This paper combs and summarizes the related research on job burnout at home and abroad,and finds one of the three dimensions of job burnout.Emotional exhaustion is positively related to emotional labor.Emotional labor is put forward by sociologist Hochschild.He thinks emotional labor is "individual's emotional management to create public observable facial expressions and body movements".The employee participation is the organization absorb employees to develop and actively participate in the organization decision-making,through communication and information sharing,organization and management activities,according to the findings,employee participation can meet the needs of employee self realization,improve their sense of achievement,and the occupation burnout of another dimension,low sense of achievement,therefore this paper two hypotheses: one is under the background of the Department after the sinking bar street workers at the basic level occupation burnout and emotional labor are positively related;two is the block background department to sink the streets of grass-roots workers Occupation Burnout Situation and negatively related to employee participation.This study selected the X Street grassroots workers as the research object,collecting data through questionnaires,using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software to make descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,to explore the effect of employee participation on emotional labor,occupation burnout,and draw the following conclusions: emotional labor and occupation burnout are positively related to emotional labor more and more heavy degree of occupation burnout.There is a negative correlation between employee participation and job burnout,the higher the employee participation,the lower the degree of job burnout.At the end of the study,the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction are put forward.According to the research conclusions,some suggestions are provided to alleviate the job burnout of the grass-roots workers from the level of emotional labor and employee participation.
