Open Government Data Research Based On Social Networking Platforms

With the popularity of big data concepts,more people realize the importance of information and data for the future.Open government data opening can break the information barriers between government departments,increase government transparency,enhance government accountability,and increase government work efficiency and governance capacity.With the rapid development of global informatization and marketization,the openness and transparency of the Internet have been increasingly improved,effectively promoting the improvement of government governance models,governance capabilities,and service-oriented government construction.The richness of tools such as the Internet has promoted the rapid development of emerging media.In recent years,the output channels of e-government have accelerated from the PC side to government microblogging,We Chat and other mobile terminals,government website information exchange,and supplementary services.Based on the study of government data openness based on social network platform,this paper summarizes the research results of governmental data openness and government social network platform both at home and abroad according to the framework of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.The current government data open platform for the status quo analysis,the existing domestic and international social networking platform government work status quo.Second,through the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing government data open platform and the advantages of the existing social network platform government affairs.At last,we put forward feasible countermeasures for the administration of micro-blogging and Wechat that open the government data by using relevant theoretical knowledge and existing foundation: First,clarify the positioning of the functions of Weibo and We Chat in government affairs;second,complement each other with the existing open government data platform All in all,only when we carry out targeted government micro-blog and We Chat platform operation reform on the basis of the actual situation in our country can the goal of a comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development of the government-data open e-government platform be truly achieved.
