Research On The Relationship Between Administrative Ethics And Efficiency

At present,our country is in the period of rapid development,and at the same time,it is also a prominent period of contradiction.The difficulty of administrative management is increasing,which needs corresponding theory to guide it.The impartiality of the administrative efficiency and administrative ethics guidance is a product of social and historical development,efficiency and fair value orientaion company,"efficiency first" and "fairness first" the debate also has a long history.Administrative efficiency is the value embodiment of administrative management,which aims to obtain as much administrative benefit as possible with minimal administrative cost.Administrative ethics plays an important role in strengthening the administrative subject's own construction,enhancing the legitimacy of administrative action and adapting to the development of socialist market economy.However,the emphasis on efficiency and fairness is a prominent phenomenon in current administrative management,which has certain hindrance to the improvement of administrative management level.Administrative ethics affects administrative efficiency through various forms.To improve administrative efficiency,the ethical basis should be studied.This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between administrative efficiency and administrative ethics,expounds the influences of the administrative ethics on the administrative efficiency,and puts forward the ethical norms and ethical elements that should be adhered to in effective administrative behavior.This paper studies the countermeasures to strengthen administrative ethics construction from the perspective of administrative efficiency.
