The eternal objective of junior high school teaching is how to enhance the teaching efficiency. As the development of new curriculum reform, the new teaching concept of “Efficient Class” emerged at the right moment and was approved by the education circle. It is in this situation that the No. 2 Junior High School probed a new efficient teaching mode named “271”, which is useful to implement the new curriculum reform, promote the quality-oriented education and improve the effect of Chinese teaching. With the mode of “271”, both teachers and students shift roles, from “mentors” to “upperclassmen”, from “teaching” to “leading”. Therefore, the students become masters of learning by exploring actively rather than being accepted passively. Besides, “271” shows exploring consciousness, cultivate the Chinese literacy, and combine the creativity of teaching and the personality cultivation of students preferably. The paper studies how the 271 mode organize and execute in the classroom teaching of junior high school by illustrating the preparatory work of teachers, the cooperative inquiry of groups, in-class tests, and so on. The article takes the form of documentary analysis, survey, practice and so on.. The plenty of information adopted was collected by searching on the Internet, consulting documents and conducting questionnaire survey. The files have been analyzed and deliberated intensively with immanent methods of education and teaching. Throughout the process, precise opinion was showed in order to make sure the analysis of information was scientific, authentic and accurate. Expounded from four parts, firstly, we elaborate the teaching actuality after new curriculum reform. Secondly, sketch and dissect the “271” mode of Chang Le No. 2 Middle School. Thirdly, represent strategies of constructing effective “271” mode in detail. Fourthly, consider the practically unsolved problems in teaching profoundly.
