This paper tries to analyze the causes of these problems by investigating the students, parents and teachers in the junior middle school, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the related problems.This paper can be divided into five parts. The first part is the preface, which mainly deals with the research meaning, the definition of related concepts, research methods and other related issues. The second part analyzes the phenomenon of the Chinese violence in the primary school, including the excessive and the difficulty imbalance. The third part is the investigation and analysis of Chinese homework in primary school, through the analysis of the data of some questions in the questionnaire. In the fourth part, based on the investigation of the data, the Chinese teachers, parents and the government put forward some suggestions for improvement.Clumsy theory holds that government supervision and education law is not perfect in educational supervision is not standardized, local government one-sided pursuit of scores and graduation rates; some teachers fail to integrate knowledge or to students take punitive measures lead to excessive assignment; some teachers onesided pursuit of examination results, without a careful analysis of student's daily operations, layered homework rarely layout, resulting in task difficulty imbalances. In addition, parents and students lack of communication with teachers, parents, the old concept of education is also the cause of the violence caused by job. In view of the above questions, the author puts forward suggestions to the Chinese teachers, parents and the government. A humble theory suggests that teachers select exercises to reduce the amount of homework, good evaluation, and more encouragement. The theory suggests that parents should update their educational ideas, communicate with teachers and monitor their children's homework. Humble theory suggests that the government should speed up the legislative process of educational supervision and training of professional supervisors.
