With the development of basic theories of education and the advancement of the curriculum reform,more and more people have paid attention to the moral education.For junior middle school students,one of the important places to affect their morality is school.In class,the teacher's teaching behavior has important influence on the development of students' moral character.Therefore,the author will regard the teachers' teaching behavior in class as the research object and study the junior middle school students` moral cognition for the teacher's verbal behavior,nonverbal behavior,and complex behavior in class.The author use documentary analysis,questionnaire,observational and interview method in this paper.First of all,the author sent out 400 four questionnaires in Liaoning province and received 397 questionnaires.Among the 397 questionnaires,390 questionnaires are valid.The author also interview 10 teachers and observe the 15 classes.According to the results of the documentary analysis,the author can put forward the scientific and reasonable suggestion for teachers' teaching behavior in class.The results of the study show that the junior middle school can perceive moral cognition from the teachers' teaching behavior in class.The proper teaching behavior will make students feel the positive moral quality of the justice,equality,respect and kind and so on;The improper teaching behavior will let student feel the negative moral quality of injustice,despise,discrimination and indifference and so on.There are five problems for teachers' teaching behavior in class.First,the some teachers do not aware that the teachers' teaching behaviors in class will influent students' moral character;Second,the "authority" of teachers still exists in the classroom;third,in classroom teaching,the teachers can't focus on the differences between all the students and the students;fourth,some teacher's evaluation content and evaluation approach is inappropriate;fifth,There are some bad habits in teachers' teaching behavior in classBased on the research,the author can put forward the optimized suggestions for teachers' teaching behaviors in class.In thinking,the teacher should set up the correct teaching view,students view and the view of relation between teachers and students.First,teachers should base on students' development to teach;second,teachers should insist to consider all students and respect the diversity and individuality;third,the relationship between teachers and students should be equal and democratic.Teacher is the leadership and the student is the main body of the class.In behavior,teachers' teaching behavior in class should be regulated.First,teachers should pay more attention to the inner beauty of the verbal behavior,second,teachers should pay attention to the structure beauty of nonverbal behavior;third,teachers should pay attention to the harmony beauty of complex behavior.In evaluation,the aspects of evaluation are comprehensive and the way of evaluation is proper.
