The balanced development of rural compulsory education in rural areas refers to,it is defined in major education policy guidance,rural schools through hardware factors,such as infrastructure construction,education teaching facilities,excellent teaching staff construction and so on,promote the coordinated development between rural schools and urban schools,so as the town and village school.Theoretically,the balanced development of the education is just an ideal state,It is just a good vision the development of educational.The balanced development of compulsory education in our country is barely satisfactory.The education between the urban and rural areas,regional,school,and stratum hierarchy.The phenomenon of " school selection upsurge" and "schooling" is common in many places.We have to admit imbalance of education is the norm.To sustain growth,education should be after "uneven uneven-balance …" such a circuit round the curve of the process.However,the balanced development of education is an ideal navigation what our education workers must set up.Compulsory education is the basic public services characterized public interest and benefit of the whole society,so as to be a livelihood project which reflect social fairness.The scholars of our country and governments at all levels have paid more and more attention to the research project of balanced development of compulsory education,meanwhile releasing various incentives and advance plans.However,the progress of balanced development of compulsory education development full of twists and difficulties,which exists between urban and rural areas and so on.In recent years,Zhucheng compulsory education development has obtained certain achievement,but the imbalance situation still exists.This article will study the present situation investigation of compulsory education of zhucheng to find problems and difficulties existing in current compulsory education balanced development,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.At the same time,on the basis of detailed investigation and argumentation,to find opportunities and measures promoting balanced development of compulsory education of Zhucheng,to promote development of compulsory education of zhucheng more sustainable,healthy,efficient and coordinated,meanwhile,rural children may accept high quality education resources.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part of the paper is the introduction.On the one hand,it is analyzing the background and significance of thesis,on the other hand,it is analyzing the development trend at home and abroad.Finally,it simply expounds the writing ideas and research methods of this paper.In the second part of the paper,balanced development of compulsory education is analyzed from the theory and defining.Through the analysis of this part,we can obtain the theoretical knowledge,which support the research in this thesis.The third part of this paper is mainly about the measures and achievements of balanced development of rural compulsory education.In one hand,it is analyzed from the physical measure of the rural compulsory education balanced development.On the other hand,it is stating achievements of the rural compulsory education balanced development.Thesis in the fourth part is the analysis of rural compulsory education balanced development.First,it refer to the educational condition,we can analyze through the planning ang layout,standardized school construction,educational expenditure.Second,it is discussed from teachers in detail,mainly including the age structure of rural school teachers,education structure and discipline structure.In the fourth part,it puts forward countermeasures of rural compulsory education balanced development.First is to strengthen policy guidance;The second is to realize power balance of power configuration;Third is safeguard plenty of compulsory education funds investment;The forth is to strengthen the construction of education expenditure,The fifth is to support the party committees and governments;The Sixth is to build a scientific and educational system.The last is conclusion for the full text.
