Now with the development of computer technology and digital learning products and large-scale emergence in the field of education,the classroom and the way in school education has diversified teaching methods and students learning information,significant changes to the way of personalized.Along with the new trend of social informatization,digitalization this knowledge change,"the process of e-Schoolbag" as a digital learning terminal into teaching and learning,and gradually to be optimistic about the education field.At present,the number of domestic application of e-Schoolbag as a teaching and learning tool in primary and secondary schools and universities are gradually increased,the application of e-Schoolbag can be effective to facilitate the progress of classroom teaching,help students learn the diversification and personalized display.The e-book package is convenient,rich and intuitive digital learning resources,but also helps students to learn knowledge,understanding and exploration.The E-Book Package for learning environment based,mainly for the research and design of primary school English learning mode,through education research in the field of theoretical knowledge,find e-Schoolbag learning environment,promote primary school English learning more effective way of learning and learning methods,improve the students enthusiasm,the spirit of the discipline of English learning initiative and enterprising.In this paper,firstly,the background and current situation of the research on the design of the primary school English learning model based on the e-book package,the content and significance of the research,and the research methods of this topic are briefly stated,The subject involved in the "E-Book Package","learning mode" and other related concepts and definitions are summarized and discussed.The related theory used in this paper do the main analysis,English learning model to find the theoretical support and feasible design point;secondly,through the questionnaire issued in experiment class,the the experimental class students and English teachers of e-Schoolbag use effect,ideas and attitudes,launched research,combined with interviews with teachers and students exchanges jointly study the way of questionnaire data and interview results are summarized and analyzed,but also for students in learning English,the e-Schoolbag in listening and reading in practice,said the level of identity,role and significance of the study and learning process,do the analysis and inquiry.The new learning mode needs certain design principle as a foundation,the author analysis based on the related principles,elements and so on,launched a design mode of English learning in primary school;then,the selected experimental class made an empirical study on the classroom followed,and the two big spot and final exam the exam results were analyzed with the application of evaluation,the effect of the application of the new learning model;finally,the author of new learning mode in the whole design phase,including starting from the theoretical study,the survey data of the questionnaire,the number according to the research,summarize the using situation in the experimental class,this project have put forward a new learning mode in the late improvement and research were discussed.
