As information technology is widely used in junior high school language learning, language learning methods junior high school students under the influence of modern information technology conditions changed, these factors have changed the physical and psychological characteristics of junior high school students,new curriculum standards requirements, and the information age. Language learning method under conditions of informatization of junior high school students have the autonomy, cooperation, explore features. Under the influence of information technology conditions, the junior high school students can choose language learning resources, language learning self-control processes, the creation of their own language learning environment. You can also interact and explore all boundaries, etc. anytime,anywhere. IT to junior high school language learning has brought many positive effects.Produced under IT conditions some new language learning method, these new ways of learning languages have microblogging language learning, language learning blog, mobile language learning, language education games. These new ways of language learning in junior high school students to bring language learning facilities,but also brought many negative effects. For example: Students false self, free exchange, to explore the low efficiency. In response to these negative factors should be taken to the individual, family, school, community and Four Combinations of ways to overcome these negative factors. Individual students to establish a correct concept of learning, parents should take the initiative to care for and supervise,teachers to properly guide the junior high school language learning in online learning environment, the school for junior high school students learning to build the campus network, the government should enact laws and regulations, junior high school students to access health protection.Implications of this study is we can not place undue reliance on language learning method under the condition of information, we can not negate the traditional language learning methods. Information technology and language learning methods should be the traditional ways of combining language learning, so that students learn better language,and improve language learning efficiency.
