Teaching Value Development Based On The "doubt → Micro Subject → Professional Quality" Approach

The new curriculum gradually changed to further promote the free play of self selection,many students and self-taught opportunities,also to the teaching of the rhythm,the difficulty of teaching and classroom teaching put forward higher and newer requirements.As one of the first to launch a new entrance,flexible educational system,two college entrance examination and other factors disrupted the rhythm of teaching to a certain extent;self selection,class teaching and break the boundaries of the original arts and Sciences,the basic class of middle school students is uneven,but increase the difficulty of teaching.Therefore,the innovation of teaching methods,the implementation of multi dimension,multi style and multi temporal teaching form;distinguished teaching level,the implementation of hierarchical teaching,round of teaching rhythm in the teaching arrangement;transfer teaching subject,give full play to students’ subjective initiative and independent inquiry,learning ability,realize the innovation of training methods,Teaching benefits teachers as well as students.;expand knowledge from the connotation of key questions,to consolidate the foundation to enhance the ability to be placed in front of all high school teachers of a subject and a breakthrough.The solution of these problems in the final analysis should be implemented to enhance the professional quality of teachers and students.The problem is the source of all the methods,this paper takes the "confusion" as the breakthrough point,using the questionnaire survey,literature review,experimental comparison and summarized the research methods,research at the present stage of our high school chemistry teaching "learning" and "teaching" part of "confusion" two aspects of existence,and then based on the doubts,the micro subject,professional quality ",proposes the strategy will be" puzzled "questions,subject,course and results of the implementation of the professional quality of teachers,improve the students’ academic abilities and achievements promote win-win situation,embody the new college entrance examination teaching is long,the goal of the new curriculum.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduced the research purpose and significance,review on the domestic and foreign research of "micro subject" doubts based on direction,mainly on the application of micro analysis of domestic research status,the new college entrance examination combined with the new curriculum reform,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the research.At the same time,this paper defines the relevant concepts in the project,and actively seeks theoretical support for value development.Second,the three part is the research process,mainly through the investigation of related doubts and accumulation of classroom teaching and professional discussion ofthe research object,actively seeking to resolve the "confusion" carrier,and the research and development of the "doubt" value,explores the basic way to micro subject to doubt professionalism "the proposed test subject,of course,even the results of the corresponding implementation strategy,and applied to the actual teaching in the new curriculum.The fourth part is the result and the analysis,in view of the above strategy and the concrete implementation situation,carries on the data comparison analysis between the parallel classes,simultaneously carries on the summary to the correlation achievement of the teacher,draws the conclusion.The fifth part is the summary and outlook,this part mainly introduces the research significance and the prospect of future,this paper puts forward relevant strategies of value: the transformation of teachers’ professional ability,teaching ideas,improve students’ literacy and learning competence.Hope to be able to fight in the first line of the entrance of the new college students some inspiration.
