| Primary school teachers are the key parts in the stage of the essential primary education,and primary school teachers’ professional ability is not only related to the quality of primary education,but also related to the development of foundation education in our country.The "professional ability" in the standards for the primary school teachers(for Trial Implementation)contains professional competence which is essential for teachers.However,there are some differences between the practical application and the requirements of the "professional ability" in the standards for primary school teachers during the primary education.Based on the questionnaires and interviews,making a research on the development status of primary school teachers’professional ability,trying to find the existing problems of primary school teachers’professional ability,in order to explore what primary school teachers should focus on and improve in different stages of professional development,and make a analysis of factors that restrict effect on primary school teachers’ professional development,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems. |
