This paper is based on the Physics Program Manual from Qingpu Experimental middle school where the author taught.The author try to study theory and practice to improve the Physics Program Manual.Promote the class to transform and meet students' requirements.Expand students ' learning time and space from traditional classroom to "previewing","explore" and "after-school consolidation" integrated classroom.The author focuses on the optics section from grade eight.Divided physics class into concept class and regular class.A questionnaire was performed on grade eight students from 12 classes twice.Group discussions with students,teachers to investigate the preparation about Program Manual.After the improvement,author got the following conclusions:Learning activities before class can be improved or designed from combination,feasibility,difficulty,variety,spending time.Activities in specific designs,can be addressed through self-evaluation,interactive communication and manufacture display to improve the studying effectiveness before class.The aim is to improve students' thirst for knowledge,increased interest and a sense of achievement.Learning activities in the class can be improved or designed from modular content design,structural design,different content modules content adapted and improved design,adaptation and improvement of the content of this course design,course design preset point of flexibility.Through the regular class,the main line is depend on the students experiment,made decisions with the help from teacher and the Physics Program Manual.The aim is to attained teachers ' guiding role and students ' classroom in the class.Feedback activities after class can be improved or designed from courses standard of two-way breakdown table,combined with students' knowledge,through on questions,and problem volume,and difficulty of filter to meet students' development of feedback practice.Weaken study in pure concept and basic knowledge,strengthen situation of created,and it will traditional of examination practice into apply of training field.The feedback design should be easy to difficult.Combined activities with security and life education to focused on students' individual of development.
