Since the reform and opening up,postgraduate education in China has been rapidly developing and the number of graduate students are also increasing,graduate employment problem has become increasingly prominent that aroused widespread concern.At the same time,about the research of career planning are also increasing.Scientific and rational career planning can help to deal with the problem of career development and employment.In recent years,especially,pedagogy students' growth rate far exceeds the growth rate of other majors,but the study which regard the pedagogy graduates as the subject is not as common.This paper discusses the career planning postgraduate level and a variety of different variables under variable extent of its impact.In this study,graduate career planning including cognitive dimension,the target dimension,environmental support dimensions,self-action dimension,feedback and modify dimensions.The independent variables,include gender,grade,specific professional categories,whether inter-professional or not,family address,internship experience;the dependent variables that are education class graduate career planning level and five levels.Accordingly,we use self questionnaire,researches pedagogy students which are full-time master and interviews with 2013 graduates.Researches have shown: the career planning of pedagogy graduate is at lower level overall;career planning level of boys is higher than girls;career planning level of three grades becomes trendy yearly,and there are differences in environmental support dimension;career planning level in cities is higher than in rural towns;in the professional category,the level of education and economic management major is higher than others;career planning level of work or internship experience graduate is higher than students without such experience,and there are significant differences.Work experience is a major factor,affecting the level of graduate career planning.Summarized findings,the current situation of M college graduate education is not encouraging,it cannot be ignored that the reasons are;high professional orientation,vocational consciousness,career preparation inadequate,feedback and modify other issues not timely.There are so many reasons,but the internal i s fundamental.For the above conclusion,this paper presents valuable suggestions from individuals,universities and social angles;students should be strengthened the awareness of themselves and professional environment,reasonable position,define their career goals,put into action,appropriate adjustments occupation objectives;colleges should build high-quality,specialized,professional teachers,offer the whole program career planning courses,establish a dynamic career information database,build the platform of internal and external integration practice,increase internship experience,mentors should play a role on career planning counseling;community should create a good atmosphere of career planning,the government should also provide policy support for the career planning education and counseling.
